Change, becoming, and coming more fully into life and goodness - these are processes that require steady support. We will meet each month in the illumination of the full moon to let go of what is done, open to new life, and listen to the guidance that has come.

We will use meditation, sharing, and a gentle form of the consciously connected breath to support healing and growth. The breath is the most simple thing and it is also a deep ceremony. Set aside this time to create sacred space to connect with your heart, soul, and honor the journey through life.

For most months of the year, these will be small group circles where you can receive personal support. These circles have limited spaces available and the price is $44.

For a few months out of the year, they will be community circles where all are welcome for free or by donation.

For the dates that are free or by donation, there is a $16 donation rate listed here. You are also welcome to rsvp to lifemovesthrough@gmail.com to come for free, or donate at any amount via an app.

Dates are subject to change. I will do everything I can to keep the schedule as is, and to give as much notice as possible if I do need to reschedule.
