We all have many inner children. I wonder who will join in? And, we are also the child right now. As much as ever, we need to know that we are welcomed, loved, cared for and safe. Reconnecting to the inner child is a reclaiming of magic and wonder.
Healing the inner child restores us to our innocence and to our inner authority.. The healed inner child is your higher self.
The inner child is not only an imaginal concept. Each inner child is a state of the nervous system that lives in us now. We become them based on what the present moment is bringing forward to heal. When a wounded one comes, we can feel stuck in an ancient longing, powerlessness, or fear. However, since they are here now, they can heal now.
In this class, we will work lovingly and with a child-like sense of curiosity. We will work with the magical child, powerful child, and wild child as well as the wounded one. It is designed to give an experience of safety and support for a gentle approach around trauma. Each week, there will be conversations, sharing, and a guided hypnosis. In between classes, you will be invited to work with recorded hypnoses, journaling, and activities and new ways that you choose based on what you are needing. There will also be fun support of the group and meeting all the kids that come together.
This will be a lovely topic to bring in the joy of Summer and lead into Fall with a sense of new life and safety.

Payment
The price for this 5 week series is $175 (regular rate) or $200 (supporters rate). The prices are set low, so, if you are in a good financial situation, you can pay at the higher rate to help support someone else. There are also Sliding-Scale spots for $125 for the 5 weeks. Partial Scholarship spots for $75 and full scholarships where you only pay $26. Sliding-Scale, Partial and Full Scholarship spots are limited, so please pay based on your ability.
